PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE
GIVE YOUR LANDLORDS PEACE OF MIND AND A REASON TO CHOOSE YOU TO MANAGE THEIR PROPERTY BY ADDING VALUE TO YOUR SERVICE.
Would you like to get more rental properties on your rent roll?
All properties no matter how old require continual maintenance.
As a respected building company on the Sunshine Coast we are often called to rental properties, both residential and commercial to fix problems that are happening right now, but there is a better way to deal with the same old consistent problems.
On a daily basis we deal with things like:
- Broken / clogged up gutters
- Damaged doors and hinges
- Broken fly screen
- Rollers on wardrobes breaking
- Broken Blinds
- Toilet Cisterns needing replacement
- Silicon needing to be replaced
- Weathered decks and timber that haven’t been treated or oiled
And all those small jobs that are easy to fix but take time to do one by one…
What if you offered your clients (the landlords) a peace of mind guarantee that comes in the form of a report and quote so they know at the start of any tenancy or year (whichever comes first) what issues their property has and know how much it’ll cost to fix it up.
This makes you look good as you are clearly looking after their property and you are saving them money by doing the scheduled maintenance jobs over the year rather than continually doing reactive maintenance throughout the year – saving them multiple call out fees, time and stress.
Step 1 – We attend the property to inspect
Step 2 – We take photos and write a report with quote of what needs to be attended to and when
Step 3 – You work with the client to discuss what they would like to do and when
The cost of the report is –> $189+GST
Step 4 – Once the quoted works are approved, we attend to all of the problems they want to in a cost effective manner to suit their budget
Step 5 – We provide photos along with the invoice for you to pay on the client’s behalf. Step 6 – We set a reminder in our system to touch base again in a year’s time to re visit the same property for the next inspection report.
